LPRM strikes again as we created opportunity for our client by assisting the previous tenants with relocating so that our client would have the opportunity to renovate their investment. The home was abused in the way that it was used and a speciality primer was applied to the floors, ceilings & walls of the home to lock in any unwanted smells. We performed a paint job, added new flooring, baseboards, a new 4 piece bathroom, installed a new front door, closet door and bathroom door while completing many miscellaneous tasks along the way. Overall the project took 1.5 months limiting the time it was spent vacant. Our client is pleased and we are able to begin the showing process for immediate occupancy.
