Our Van Horne project was LPRM’s “case study” to test Thunder Bay’s real estate market and see what a quality renovation would give us in return. The project was a complete overhaul of the electrical, plumbing, exterior & interior with the addition of one new bathroom and a fully upgraded kitchen. We had also protected the foundation of the home by installing a new weeping tile system and waterproofing the foundation. Our team designed the home from top to bottom and added personal features that made the home suitable for a young couple ready to start their life together.
