After nearly a decade of management our client was presented with the first tenant to move out of their 12 unit building. This move out resulted in our team presenting an offer to completely renovate and upgrade the entire building as tenants began to move out. We were awarded the opportunity to begin with one unit at a time. Our clients were certainly pleased with the overall increase in the unit and decided to continue on to the next unit.
