LPRM was very excited to get our hands involved in this home’s makeover. Our client had come to us after having a long lasting smoker inside of the home. The smoke had found its way in to every crevasse and it became our mission to take on this restoration project from top to bottom. No detail was missed with this renovation as we updated plumbing features, electrical features, and updated all venting and gave a fresh modern feel to this 80’s trapped home. The home also received a detailed wall cleaning and a special odour sealing primer to contain the nicotine smell. Overall we were able to complete the project in 2.5 months and begin to advertise the house to provide an enjoyable space for our new tenants!
