During our discussions with the tenants regarding their move out our property Managers had negotiated a deal with the tenants and had them vacate the home. Our client was happy to perform a light renovation on the property to give the unit a new facelift and some life for a new set of tenants. With a modest budget we were able to update the unit and earn our client a better set of tenants.
