After one of our Annual Fall Inspections LPRM had the chance to enter the unit and provide our client with some helpful insight in to the condition of the unit. The tenant had provided us with notice to move out once we had made our presence clear and we had presented our client with some upgrade options. The unit was beautifully transformed and the value of rent was increased. Overall our client was very happy with the process.
